Past Research Experience

I spent some time on develeping practical and explainable tools for early diagnosis of neurodegenerative disorders. To acquire general solution for the hard problem of diagnostics, I tested novel models on open structural magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) datasets.

I took computational neuroscience, deep learning, machine learning, biomedical signal processing, neurophysiology, neuropharmacology and laboratory animal physiology courses. I have an extensive teaching experience on computational neuroscience and deep learning.

I have a MSc in Medical Biochemistry with focus of protein & enzyme purification and chromatography.
